The Watchman campground road pavement is both overlay existing pavement and new pavement on constructed aggregate base course. The government shall provide edge of pavement layout. Contractor sahll not disrupt Bus Maintenance Facility contractor. Contractor shall provide traffic control along Watchman Campground road. Pavement work consists of providing tack coat on existing asphalt surfaces and constructing one or more surface courses composed of a mixture of aggregate, filler if required and bituminous material, placed on existing base.
