The Contractor shall sell to the Government a used backhoe/loader to include, but not limited to; basic machine with two (2) wheel drive, Cummins diesel engine, standard canopy, 24" digging bucket, 82" loader bucket, two (2) lever control, street pads with riggers, usage hours not to exceed 1000 hours. A Ford tractor backhoe/loader will be used as a trade in and value of such will be deducted from purchase price. A site visit will be scheduled for prospective contractor's to view trade in. The backhoe/loader shall be delivered FOB destination to The National Center for Toxicological Research, Jefferson, Arkansas, complete and ready to use. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintenance and all repairs to the equipment for 12 months from date of purchase. The Standard Industrial Classification is 3531.
