The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), Methods Development Center, Otis Air National Guard Base, Massachusetts has a need for two (2) refrigerated containers for in support of cooperative fumigation work with Anoplophora in China. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT BE ISSUED. For this acquisition, the Standard Industrial Class (SIC) Code to be used to determine the small business small business size standard 3585; less than 750 employees. Cable, digital programmable controls, Warranty: 2 year factory warranty on parts and labor; 3 years on other parts.
