This is not a solicitation, sources are being sought and a written solicitation will not be issued. All work will be performed at Schriever AFB CO between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday, except legal holiday. Any work accomplished after these hours will be on an emergency basis only and only with the approval of the contracting office or QAE. The acquisition will be set-aside for sole source small business. Standard Industrial Code 1752 applies, with a size standard of 500 employees. Non-Personal services contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials and transportation necessary to purchase, store, remove, dispose, and install carpet. SPECIFIC TASKS The contractor shall purchase carpet from approved GSA sources, store until installation can be arranged and remove and dispose of old carpet. Carpet installation will be all types of carpet to include tiles, roll-out, and padded. Responses are due at 12 p.m. (noon), local time, on Monday, February 28, 2000 at 50 CONS/LGCA, 66 Falcon Parkway Ste 49, Schriever AFB CO 80912-6649. Responses shall also include any pricing information for installation (i.e. cost per SF for install/removal etc). You are strongly encouraged to submit commercial literature showing type desired by this sources sought which will clearly demonstrate past performance information such as references of customers who have previously used your services.
