Titus, Contracting Officer (618) 229-9539 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue on or about 1 March 2000 a Request for Proposal for full and open competition for the lease of one dedicated, full-period, full-duplex, 1.544 Mbps digital transmission circuit. The circuit shall be the alternate communication path between Telemetry and Command Station (TCS), Oakhanger, England, and Schreiver Air Force Base (SAFB), CO. Period of performance is one 12-month base period, with four, one-year options. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a written proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
