The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) intends to award a contract to Graseby Dynamics Limited, 12151 Research Parkway, Orlando, Florida 32826, to conduct maintenance and logistics services and to provide organizational through depot level maintenance support for both the ACADA and CAM. ACADA and CAM are priority repairable items essential to the mission and operations of the Marine Corps. The scope of work provides for the repair of ACADA/CAM that are in the USMC inventory to restore to full operational capability. The effort requires use of or access to proprietary data that the government does not own. Furthermore the government does not intend to acquire the data rights. Award of a primarily Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for repair of up to 2,700 CAM, with separate provision for repair of ACADA on a requirements basis, is contemplated for a period of performance up to 5 years. Interested offerors must submit documentation substantiating their qualifications and ability to perform these services. Documentation must include a detailed description of corporate experience, and an explanation of the proposed technical approach to include whether data rights will be acquired or another approach will be employed.
