This is not a=20 solicitation for proposals, nor will any agreements be made=20 as a result of this request. =20 A CRADA under the Authority 15 U.S.C. =A7 3710a is=20 contemplated under which WPMC will provide Altitude=20 Chamber facilities. The Collaborator (commercial entity=20 or team) will be required to conduct research that is of=20 significant value to the DoD. Additionally, the=20 collaborator will provide all other resources necessary to=20 make chamber fully operational, and fully maintain and=20 operate facility.=20 =20 Collaborator's responsibilities will include maintenance=20 and repair of equipment, total operational responsibility,=20 all utilities, and assumption of total liability and=20 indemnification of the government.
