The purpose of the CBD announcement is to provide notification of the EPA's intent to increase the Level of Effort of contract 68-W6-0044. This sole source LOE change will increase the total available LOE from 695,000 by 21,000 to 716,000. There will be no change to the period of performance. This LOE increase is needed to ensure completion of deliverables under priority projects. No other source is capable of providing this service due to the ongoing nature of the work and the level of completion. A public solicitation will not be issued.
