The work includes: Installing fiber cable on the Henderson-Mead 230-kv Transmission Line from Henderson Switching Station to Amargosa Substation and 4-inch schedule 40 PVC conduit, concrete cap and interduct for underground runs from the terminal structure, 25-feet of spooled ADSS fiber optic cable inside both the Henderson Control Building and the Amargosa Control Building, Pre and Post installation tests of the ADSS fiber optic cable. This is a restricted solicitation 100 % HUBZone setside. All qualified bidders will be considered. All work shall be completed no later than 120 days from date of contract award.
