The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of two existing one-story cmu buildings and the construction of an 11,600 square foot Station building. Major building components of the new construction consists of brick veneer facade with cmu structure, standing seam metal roof on wood trusses, concrete slab on concrete footings, cmu walls and steel framed drywall partitions, heating, plumbing, electrical and telephone systems. Site work includes new water, sewer, telephone and electrical lines and new security fencing with closed circuit television. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Specification No. 08-X3654 and Drawing No. 08-X3654 (Sheets 1 _ 91). All work shall be completed within 548 calendar days after award.
