This NOT a total roofing job, only installation of the metal roof panels (made from materials on-site), insulation, fascia, gutters and downspouts, exhaust fans, lightning protection, and all other work required to complete the roofing system. Trusses are already in place. This will be a negotiated acquisition requiring potential offerors to visit the job site and submit their proposals for completion of the work. SIC is 1761. Magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Offer date will be established when the solicitation is issued in approximately 15 days. This acquisition is being solicited under full and open competition under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (not as a small business set-aside).
