There may be more than one contract awarded as a result of this Solicitation. If only one contract is awarded, it would be awarded to the offeror with the lowest multiplier. The total quantity of work, which will be required under this solicitation, is indefinite. The contract will be for a two year base period (with three 1-yr. renewal options) with an initial contract amount of $500,000. Payment and performance bonds will be required. The contract may be increased to $9,500,000 with corresponding increase in payment and performance bonds. The subcontracting goals for this contract is a minimum of 10% for minority-owned businesses and a minimum of 7% for women-owned businesses.
