conduct an International Naval Review (INR) in New York Harbor from 2
July to 9 July 2000. This review will involve approximately 15 US Navy
ships and 20 foreign ships. In conjunction with this event the US Navy
requires vehicles during the period beginning 3 April and ending 30
July 2000. This requirement includes full size sedans, 7 passenger vans
and 15 passenger vans. Pick up and drop off points must be within 15
miles of the ITO Pier, Manhattan, NY. This Solicitation is consistent
with the Vehicle Rental Agreement with the Military Traffic Management
Command, Falls Church, VA. Our department no longer issues
solicitations or amendments in paper form. Instead, they may be
accessed at our web site http://www.npt.nuwc.navy.mil/contract/. We
