MUST SUBMIT A NEW QUOTATION UNDER RFQ NUMBER 00Q0038 PER THE
INSTRUCTIONS HEREIN DUE TO CHANGES IN THE ITEMS REQUESTED. ANY
QUOTATION SUBMITTED UNDER NUMBER 00Q0037 WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. This
action is a 100% small business set-aside. The SIC code is 5065 and the
size standard is 500 employees. The U.S. Secret Service has a
requirement for a quantity of Thermal Imager hand-held Palm IR 250,
Raytheon equipment, 9 each of the following items: Item 0001 --
Raytheon Thermal Imaging equipment, hand held model, Palm IR 250,
Product Code 3193775-1, Item 0002 -- Twist lock lens mount for the Palm
IR, Part number 3193957, Item 0003 -- 75mm lens, part number 3193775-1,
Item 0004 -- Deluxe Carrying case, Part number 3193777-8. Item 0005 --
Rechargeable batteries (2 per unit; 18 batteries total), part number
3193777-1, Item 0006 -- Battery Charger, part number 3193777-3, Item
0007 -- Lens Cleaning Kit, Item 0008 -- Operator's Manual, Part number
3193944-1. Standard commercial warranty shall apply. Shipment is FOB
Destination (all freight included in the offered price) within 6 weeks
after receipt of contract to the U.S. Secret Service Technical
Security Division, 843 Brightseat Road (Rear), Landover, MD 20785.
EVALUATION PROCEDURES: Quoters shall provide points of contact by name,
telephone number, and organization with whom you have had contracts
within the last eighteen months. If the company has not been in
existence for eighteen months, provide resume information on corporate
staff. This past performance information shall be graded as
acceptable, unacceptable or neutral. Award shall be made to the lowest
priced, responsible quoter with acceptable past performance whose
offer conforms to the terms of the solicitation as stated herein. Upon
award, no substitutions may be made for the offered brand-name
accepted by the Government. Quoters must include a signed copy of the
Representations and Certifications (FAR 52.212-3) and Veterans
Reporting Requirements with their offers. Copies of the FAR clauses
