The Navy has a requirement to purchase 525 each Nozzles, Flare in accordance with statement of work and NAVAIR Drawing DEV00014. The nozzle is for assembly to the Kinematic Flares. Durez thermoset molding composition, 32633 Black Phenolic will be used. The above will be a sole-source to Bangor Plastics. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment, and material to complete the tasks contained in the statement of work. All tooling, fixturing and associated equipment developed or obtained by the contractor in support of this contract shall become Government Owned Property and identified, labeled and tracked as such, per DFAR 252.227-7013 RIGHTS IN TECHNICAL DATA. The contractor shall submit 25 nozzles fabricated in accordance with (IAW) 2.1 AND 2.2 for evaluation by 19 May 2000. This acquisition will be processed utilizing simplified small purchase procedures and is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and only Small Business concerns will be considered.
