Projects will cover an 8 state region: Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, North & South Dakota, Ohio, Indiana, and Wisconsin. A&E design services include but are not limited to: 1)New construction design (Air Traffic Control Towers and Base Buildings) -- all phases; 2)Building renovation -- all phases; 3)Navigational aids; 4)Possible design/build opportunities; 5)Environmental consultant services, etc. Firms should send a company letter stating their interest in obtaining further information concerning the QVL process. No telephone requests will be taken. Email or fax letters will be accepted only upon confirmation with hard copy. SF-254/255 documentation should not be sent at this time. Firms who have expressed an interest will be provided additional information concerning the pre-qualification phase.
