An indefinite delivery type contract is anticipated for the acquisition of professional services relevant to the pre-collocation phases, the collocation phases, post-collocation phases and future BDN processing improvements. The contractor must posses project management and system integration background and skills as well as in-depth knowledge of Bull systems and products. The contractor must also have in-depth knowledge of the current BDN system, including the telecommunication structure and processing flow. Specific work will be defined on a Task Order basis.
