The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire through full and open competition non-personal Engineering Technical Services for the Naval Air Technical and Data Engineering Service Command by qualified personnel. The proposed procurement consists of one (1) task: 31987. This task is a CETS task in a Communication, Navigation, Identification Systems (CNI) billet in support of the C-130 Aircraft. The basic contract period is 1 May 2000 through 30 September 2000. The tasks will also contain two (2) twelve month option periods and one (7) seven month option period. The period of performance, inclusive of options, will total 36 man months. This contract covers the Government's minimum needs. The solicitation will contain specifications for an Engineering Technical Services Representative as appropriate. The place of performance for Task 31987 is NAS Brunswick, ME.
