The General Services Administration has released Amendment 1 to add two new Special Item Numbers (SINs) to the Financial Asset Services Solicitation FCXB-BE-000001-N; SIN 621-6 for Professional Legal Services and SIN 621-99 Introduction of New Products/Services. Special Item Number 621-6 is for Professional Legal Services that solely support Financial Asset Services. These services will include the full spectrum of professional legal support required for the resolution, management and/or disposition of assets held by the Federal Government. Services sought may include but are not limited to Asset Transactions, Major Project Financing, Corporate, Tax, Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Securities, Contract, and Mortgage Banking Law. Professional Legal Services under this SIN DOES NOT INCLUDE: EEO; Family Law; Protest Law or solely litigation that results from a project under one of the five SINs under this schedule. In addition, SIN 621-99 Introduction of New Products/Services allows an offeror to introduce a newproduct or service that may include a task, procedure, or existing product in the commercial market that is being developed, improved, or not yet introduced to the Federal Government or currently not available under any GSA contract, but is categorically related to this procurement. This SIN does not have a closing date, offers under the SIN will be accepted at any time. Further, the Service Acquisition Center (FCX) is offering a training course to firms that have experience in Professional Legal Services ONLY on the 25th of February 2000 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in Crystal City Arlington, Virginia.
