Contractor shall provide all material, labor, supervision and equipment necessry to furnish and install a new 800-ton Gas Driven Chiller. Work shall include but is not limited to: Providing and install a new 800-ton Natural Gas Driven Chiller; provide all necessary auxiliaries such as secondary chilled water pump (1600 gpm) and an appropriately sized cooling tower; provide all electrical connections necessary for the new chiller, including all necessary controls for operation and coordination with the two existing 800 ton electrical centrifugal chillers; run a new natural gas line to supply fuel for the new chiller; provide a closed tube and shell heat exchanger to utilize waste heat from the engine driven chiller to preheat water for station use; make all connections into existing chilled water loop; if refrigerant other than R-123 is utilized then a refrigerant monitoring system will be required; and, chiller refrigerant vent is to have a relief valve type rather than a carbon rapture disk.
