Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor materials, supplies and supervision necessary for the construction of pavements in the POL area, Grand Forks AFB, ND, to include but not limited to construction of concrete and asphalt paved roads around the bulk fuel tank sites; install new concrete fill stand; and reseal concrete joints in dike area. The work is to be performed in strict accordance with plans and specifications of the contract as specified in the technical provisions. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a magnitude $250,000 minimum and $500,000 maximum. The performance period will be 120 calendar days. This action is being issued unrestricted. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database or their proposal will not be considered for award.
