The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into negotiations on a sole source basis with The Boeing Company to procure one (1) ea Advanced Controller Processor (ACP) Test Fixture, P/N 74D740282-2101,and one (1) Gimbal Positioning Tool, P/N 74D740172-2901, and in addition, eight (8) Gun Hoist Adapters, P/N 74D750088-1001. Boeing is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data required to produce these items. The Government does not own the specifications or drawings. Anh firms that recognize and produce the required items are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources are encouraged to contact the contract specialist to identify themselves. A determination by the government whether to open the requirment to competition based on the responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government.
