This procurement is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items for one (1) each air purifier, Deltech Model #DN400 or equal and one (1) each Gardner-Denver Model #ST-100 or equal. The compressed air purifier shall be designed to accept compressed air from either lubricated or non-lubricated compressors and reduce the concentration of oil, water, particulates and carbon monoxide to produce clean, dry compressed air suitable for human respiration. Maximum height is 7 feet 6 inches. Maximum design pressure at least 150 PSIG and maximum operating presssure at least 135 PSIG. The overall dimensions of the compressors shall have a maximum of 8'L X 5'W X 5'1/2"H. It shall be mounted on a skid which includes slots to allow movement using a forklift. The maximum weight is 6,000 lbs with a maximum noise level of 90dba. Technical manuals and certificate of compliance will be required. Vendor offering an alternate product will be required to submit spec sheet, catalog descriptions, etc. for evaluation by NNSY. FOB is destination. RYG will be incorporated in the quotation.
