Send your E-Mail request to the POC, ron.carter@kelly.af.mil. This will
be a 3 yr requirements contract with a BEQ of 39 ea fuel test stations
over the 3 yr period. There are Government furnished drawings. Size:
20"L X 15"W X 12"H Predominant Material: Steel, Aluminum and Electrical
Function: Used to test fuel vent and pressurization control valves on
F-16 Aircraft. Applicable To: F-16 This will be a 100% small business
set-aside. Small business sources who have manufactured the items
before, either off of the Govt-furnished drawings, or who manufacture
the items commercially: TM Systems Inc (Cage 24361), C J Machine Inc
(Cage 7W334), Modern Technologies Corp (Cage 0LJJ1). These test
stations have been manufactured from Govt-furnished drawings
previously; thus the policies of FAR Part 12 will not be used, even
though there is at least one manufacturer who manufactures these units
commercially. In order to recieve the drawing package, a contractor
must be a Certified DOD Contractor. If a contractor does not provide a
certified copy of DD Form 2345 (per Synopsis Note 8)with their request
for the RFP,or they are not registered in the U.S. Canada Joint
Certification Program, they cannot receive a drawing package. Make all
requests for a copy of the RFP to the attention of the POC shown
above. Telephone requests will not be honored. All potential offerors
should contact the buyer/PCO identified in this notice for additional
information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this
acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting
officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors
or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of an
acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the
program director or Contracting Officer, but communicates Contractor
concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate
Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain
strict confidentially as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman
does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source
