Warfighter Information Network -- Terrestrial (PM WIN-T) seeks source,
availability, and estimated cost information for improved commercial
or non-developmental nine (9) to thirty (30) plus meter Line of Sight
(LOS) military antenna mast(s) suitable for current/future U.S. Army
and exportable versions of tactical communications systems. Proposed
mast(s) must have capability to mount up to two (2) Band I, Band III+
(in any combination) with 360-degree capability in addition to an Omni
antenna to support a mobile radio subsystem on a single mast. PM TIN-T
is exploring the potential to independently market survey and evaluate
antenna mant(s) products under the Department of Defense (DOD) Foreign
Comparative Testing (FCT) Program to support U.S. Army radio
transmission systems. Market Survey is open to both U.S. and foreign
vendors. Responses to this market survey must include the equipment
name, manufacturer, a product description, and a statement regarding
current availability andestimated cost of the product. In addition,
responses must include country of product origin, and product
development status (i.e. NDI, prototype, in production, fully
developed, but no in production). Responses that include a
non-developmental military product must also state whether the
equipment or a variant is in current use by a foreign military
organization or foreign government. All foreign organizations using the
proposed antenna mast(s) or a variant of must be listed. For additional
