U -- X-RAY TECHNICIAN SERVICES SOL RFQ 40020-0003-00 POC Larry Burgess 913-551-1049 The United States Penitentiary in Leavenworth, Kansas has a requirement for a contractor to perform on-site routine basic radiology procedures. Additionally, the provide in-service training of medical staff in radiology techniques, and use of radiology equipment, film processing from start to finish. Contractor is responsible for preparing/packaging of x-ray films for shipment via mail/courier. Contractor shall participate in the IOP Program. The work schedule will be four sessions per week and each session will consist of four hours. The period of performance is the base year (estimated April 1, 2000 through September 30, 2000 with two option years. Contractors entering the institution will be required to pass all of this agency'and institution security clearance procedures and requirements, prior to peformance of this contract. All credentials including but limited to licenses, certificates, along with past employment will be required.
