Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, supplies, equipment and supervision to repair/replace roofs at Mountain Home AFB Idaho and two remote sites. Work consists of, but is not limited to; removing and replacing waterproof membranes, flashing, insulation, inspecting roof decking and verifying proper drainage. The performance period for this project is one basic year and four option years. The guaranteed minimum for the basic year is $30,000 and $10,000 for each option year. The successful contractor will be selected using past performance/price tradeoff procedures resulting in the Best Value to the Government. Past performance is significantly more important than price. The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the lowest proposed price. Offerors shall submit proposals that can be accepted solely on the basis of the initial offer, as the government may proceed with award of a contract without further discussion.
