This solicitation incorporates three (3) sequential 100% evaluated options extending three (3) years from the date of award. This is a Best Value procurement where past performance / small business utilization is evaluated in conjunction with price. The Head Assembly is a component of the Elevation Mechanism for the ABRAMS Tank. The Assembly is about 15 inches by 10 inches by 7 inches and is composed of one steel forging, two steel castings 4 pins and two retaining rings.
