Z -- MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, ALTERNATION AND UPGRADING OF FACILITIES The U.S. Army, CECOM Acquisition Center, intends to extend the ordering period of Contract No. DAAB08-96-D-0002 to 30 June 2000. Contract No. DAAB08-96-D-0002 is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract, with Delivery Orders, awarded on a firm fixed price basis, in accordance with a pre-negotiated pricing schedule. This extension will provide for the continuation of Maintenance, Repair, Alternation and Upgrading of various buildings, and other Real Property Facilities, throughout Fort Monmouth and sub-installations. These services will prevent the further deterioration of the Fort Monmouth facilities, and permit renovation preparations to continue. This effort will not exceed $2,000,000.00.
