The new training building will provide sufficient administrative, assembly, education, storage, special training and support areas. The project also consists of a new combined Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS)and Direct Support (DS) Maintenance Shop facility; new Authorized Stockage Level (ASL)/Class IX Repair Parts and Medical Supply/Class VIII Warehouse facility and an unheated unit storage building. Supporting facilities include all site improvement work, telecommunications (interior and exterior) systems, paving, security lighting, washracks, utility services. Project requires removal of bituminous and concrete slabs and underground utilities. The project will include providing energy efficient lighting, automated building HVAC/lighting system controls, heating, ventilating and air conditioning for all buildings. The project will also include providing a fire suppression sprinkling system in the training building, OMS/DS shop operations facility, and the ASL/Medical Warehouse. The project will include parking for military and privately owned vehicles. This project is available on compact disk only.
