Two Mooring cells shall be constructed at approximately River Mile 775.0. The cells will consist of 31.3' diameter sheet pile cells, fitted with line hooks, filled with concrete and painted on the riverward side. All work shall be performed from the river. No land access is provided. The estimated cost range of this project is from $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. This project is available by downloading from the Internet only.
