Re-roof the powerhouse and warehouse structures including replacement of wet and/or damaged insulation and all of the metal cap flashing on the parapet walls. The total square footage of roof to be replaced is about 241,019 square feet (Powerhouse is approximately 207,602 and the Warehouse is approximately 33,417). The total square footage of wet/damaged insulation to be replaced is estimated to be 35,000 square feet. The insulation must be considered as asbestos containing. Many portions of the powerhouse roof will require scheduled power outages before work can be performed due to hazardous energy. When work commences in one of the areas requiring a scheduled power outage, the section will be available for work 24 hours a day, seven days per week to limit outage times. AVAILABILITY: This Solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on CD-ROM format only at no charge per set. EBS CD-ROM disks will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted. No phone requests accepted. Refer to IFB Number DACW67-00-B-0013 when ordering. If you are a large business and your bid or proposal will exceed $1,000,000 you will be required to submit a subcontracting plan.
