Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to complete JFSD 861020 Repair Truck Off-Load Facility required to complete project as set forth in strict accordance with plans and specifications of the contract as specified in the Technical Provisions. The project consists of providing and installing a 40,000 gallon underground fuel storage tank (JP-8), replacement of existing off-load pumps, re-space existingoff-load stations, provide and install new pump controls and alarms, and provide shelter for the pumps and controls. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract with a magnitude of $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. The performance period will be 120 days with a no work period from 15 Nov to 15 Apr. This action is being issued unrestricted. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database or their proposal will not be considered for award.
