Cylinders should be capable of: meeting all environmental requirements, operational functions, and interface with other catapult components of the ship's catapult system in accordance with NAWC-MISC-06-IS-0008. This item requires the following special considerations: calibration, higher inspection level requirements, close machining tolerances, casting/forging, magnetic particle inspection, heat treat, and special quality control requirements. This is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Delivery is required 360 Days ARO. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Source. Package and preservation in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-4 Level C. The specification package for this procurement contains technical data subject to export controls.
