The proposed effort will be a new five-year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. This acquisition will be a sole source negotiation with Condor Pacific Industries, Inc. because the government does not possess the technical data (drawings or specifications) completely defining the form, fit, function and test requirements of the units being procured.
