The Light Jet 2080RS shall produce true photographic quality transparencies on to color reversal or negative working, sheet media sizes of 8-inch by 10-inch by 14 A directly from digital image file data. The input image file data shall be raster, BIL or BSQ in RGB order, 8 bits/byte, (i.e. 24 bit color). Shall provide at least two (2) internal imaging spot sizes for flexibility of 12.5 microns and 25 microns. User selectable scaling or interpolation options available to produce imagery in a variety of output scales. Shall achieve interpolation and pixel replication in real time with no decrease in plotting time. The recorder shall provide for the following interpolation methods in hardware: Adaptive 16 point, Bi-cubic spline, Bi-cubic, Replication.
