Complete the project entitled National Register Evaluation of Sites at the Libby Dam -- Lake Koocamus Project, Kootenai River, Montana and provide Cultural Resource Report; this project was initiated through a Cooperative Agreement between the US Army Corps of Engineers, the US Forest Service, and with Texas A&M University who completed the field work at several sites. The work required to complete this project consists of the contractor furnishing an analysis, technical reporting, and collections accessioning (for collections borrowed during initial field work); and to package all Libby Dam -- Lake Koocamusa collections and site records and return them to the cultural resource repository in Pablo, Montana at the conclusion of project work. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis a contract for the aforementioned requirement with Texas A&M University under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). See Note #22.
