Four one-year options may be awarded. This will be an unrestricted, full and open competition. The SIC is 7623 and the size standard is $5,000,000.00. Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio has a requirement for nonpersonal services to perform maintenance, improvements, overhaul, routine repair and emergency service calls on centrifugal, screw and reciprocal chillers and associated cooling system components for Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Associated cooling system components include, but are not limited to, water towers, ductwork and environmental control systems and interfaces. This work shall include moving necessary rigging and materials on the job site for normal recommended maintenance, performance of this contract, testing and cleanup. All work will be accomplished on an on-call (service call) basis with necessary man-hours and repair parts identified prior to the start of work.
