This effort will be solicited as an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract with Cost Plus Fixed Fee provisions. The solicitation will be Set-Aside 100% for small businesses. The requirement covers a five year performance period estimated to start 21 OCT 2000. The estimated level of effort is 33,500 man-hours per year, 167,500 total.
