The Services Division at Bolling AFB, District of Columbia is accepting requests from companies that are interested in participating in the 2nd Annual Bolling Air Force Base "Riverfest" Exposition. Riverfest is a day long family oriented festival that features entertainment, children's rides, static displays, food and beverage, two stages (main stage and children's stage), a large auto show (130+ entries) and other supporting events (5K run etc). The exposition will be held on the grounds of Geisboro Park on Bolling AFB. Projected attendance for this event is in the range of 15,000 20,000 military, retiree, youth and civilian members of the Bolling AFB and National Capital Region community. Through the exposition you will have the opportunity to promote and sell your products to the members of the aforementioned demographic groups. Food and beverage service for this event is also being solicited. "Display Only" items in areas such as: information technology, sport and recreation, fitness, outdoor life (biking, camping, boating etc) and automotive displays are also welcome. Exhibitors will be accepted on a first come first served basis; registration deadline of 1 Jul 00 with full payment due not later than 1 Aug 00. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship by a nonapproriated fund instrumentality of the United States government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the government.
