The Army requires a contract for Grounds Maintenance for Family Housings Areas located at Fort Stewart, Georgia. The services shall include but not necessarily be limited to the following: (1) Police, Mow and Trim Family Housing Areas; (2) Litter Removal and Disposal; (3) Edging of Sidewalks and Curbs; and (4) Contingency Police, Mow and Trim in Family Housing Areas. All responsible Small Businesses may submit a bid that will be considered. The SIC is 0782. Services shall commence on 1 April 2000 or within 10 calendar days after contract award, whichever is later, and continue through 31 March 2001. This contract contains options to extend the term of the contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
