Furnish exclusive use flight services fully contractor operated and maintained consisting of one light turbine helicopter (Bell 206L-III or equal) in support of Bureau of Land Management wildland fire suppression programs. The Contractor must hold a current Federal Aviation Administration, Air Carrier or Operating Certificate and be certificated under 14 CFR, Part 133, Rotorcraft External-Load Operations and Part 137, Agricultural Aircraft Operations. The term of the contract will be one year with options to renew for two additional years. Use is a 70-day exclusive use period beginning approximately June 26 and ending September 3.
