Clifton, Area Project Leader, (210) 822-1005 Gravesite Development, Phase II, Ft Sam Houston National Cemetery, San Antonio, TX -- Provide all Design & Construction services including the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the design & construction of approximately 16000 pre-placed pre-cast concrete burial crypts, single and double pre-cast columbarium units, with approximately 2000 niches, a new maintenance building, demolition of several existing maintenance buildings, renovation of existing committal shelters and construction of a new committal shelter. Phase II shall also include landscaping, permanent irrigation of Phases I & II, and the temporary irrigation of Phase I, and Sections 23, 24, 25 and 26, until such time as permanent irrigation is usable, complete site utilities for phase I & II, a recycle water distribution system with retention pond, a complete storm water drainage system and all roadway development. A complete site survey and As-Built Drawings in Microstation format will be required and turned over to the National Cemetery at the completion of the project.
