C) Remove and dispose of the existing steam boiler and accessories, condensate receiver tanks, and concrete pad. D) Install a new factory-wired and fabricated, oil-fired steam boiler; packaged feedwater system; chemical feed system; and blowdown separator tank with aftercooler.
