The Port Hueneme Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Naval Sea Systems Command, intends to solicit on a competitive basis, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for the fabrication, test, and delivery of 9,200 Peripheral Seals, 1,300 Seal Assemblies, 9,200 Secondary Seals, and 3,000 Crown Void Seals in accordance with the Statement of Work and NAVSEA Drawings specified in the solicitation during the performance period of the proposed contract. The proposed contract will be for a basic contract period of twelve (12) months, plus two (2) one-year option periods. Pursuant to FAR 52.209-3, First Article Testing shall be at the contractor's (Awardees) plant facility. The Government reserves the right to waive First Article Testing requirements, if the supplies specified in Schedule B of the solicitation has been previously furnished by the offeror(s) and has been accepted by the Government. The required delivery schedule and location of delivery for the Seals identified in Schedule B will be specified in Section F of the solicitation.
