The Army Material Command, Natick Contracting Division, has a requirement for Roof Assembly, NSN: 7360-01-432-8324, FSMC: 7360. Quantity: 20 each. This is a commercial item. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification is 3441, the size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition will utilize best value source selection and will result in a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. The Best Value source selection will be based on the quoters proposed price and past performance in that order of importance. Pricing shall be filled in on the Request For Quotation DAAD15-00-Q-0006 (CLIN 0001AA). Quoters shall also submit a one-page past performance sheet listing at least three recent (past two years) references for the same or a similar item. The past performance sheet must contain the name and address of each company or government agency, a point of contact for each, current telephone and fax numbers, and a description of the quantity and dollar value of the purchase order/contract. General Characteristics Item Description: Roof Assembly is an approximately 10' x 8' aluminum. structural frame and skinned, with a walkway nonslip coating on topside in the 10' direction running between vents. Roof is attached in 4 places to 4 aluminum corner struts; it has 6 movable roof vents, manually operated, with Screen Assembly in the vents. The Roof Assembly is used on the Kitchen, Field Mounted Trailer, and will have to operate in a military type environment. Roof Assembly is to be repairable, painted camouflage green except for interior of roof, it shall remain unpainted. End Item Identification: Kitchen, Field, Trailer mounted. Delivery of the Roof Assembly will be F.O.B. Destination with all 20 shipped to New Cumberland, PA. The total quantity of 20 is required to be shipped within 90 days after award of purchase order.
