The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Tactical Training Ranges Support Division, has a requirement for two guyed towers and one optional guyed tower. The towers shall be installed at Columbia, Swan Quarter, and near Roanoke Island, North Carolina. The contractor shall also provide foundations and lighting systems, as required. This requirement is being procured under unrestricted, full and open competition procedures. The resultant award shall be a firm fixed price contract.
