There is now a requirement to add to the quantities of taskings being supported by this order under the GSA contract GS-23-F-9781H. the value of these additional taskings is estimated to be $167,000. The DoN Chief Information Officer, DONCIO, envisioned and has charged the vendor with the development and contruction of a IT Knowledge Centric enterprise leveraging the Navy's intellectual capital, its existing IT systems and COTS tools to the greatest extent possible. Additional quantities of requirements anticipated and documented in the original statement of work are now added to the equation causing the need for added NTE resources.
