Provide all equipment, supplies, personnel and facilities to perform an estimated 2.5 million lines of transcription services per year via remote dictation for VAMC, Battle Creek Michigan and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (Grand Rapids and Musegon, Michigan) for a period of one year, with four option years. Equipment and supplies provided shall include, but not be limited to, hardware, software, utilities, tools, parts, telephone lines, modems, and materials necessary to perform the contract. The contractor shall provide servcies for dictation using a remote, centralized (digital) system management console shall be provided at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center, and Grand Rapids and Muskegon Community Based Outpatient Clinics. The standard industry classification code for the procurement is 7338. This is a total small business set-aside. The criteria for a small business is $5 million per year annual receipts for the preceding three years. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal with award eing based on the evaluation factors of (1) compliance with solicitation requirements, (2) past performance, (3) offerors qualifications, and (4) price.
