D -- INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES:ELECTRONIC SUBSCRIPTIONS 377 Contracting Division, Services Contracting Branch, at Kirtland A.F.B. intends to award a sole source purchase order to the University of New Mexico for the purchae of the following services:access to the Los Alamos National Library (LANL) database infrastructure; electronic subscriptions for IDEAL, SciSearch, Document Delivery Service, Elsevier, INSPEC, Institute of Physics (IOP);paper publication subscriptions from Elsevier, SciServer, IEEE & IOP; Scientific Information Electronic Alerts; access to the DOE Energy Database and payment of New Mexico Library Services Alliance dues. The University of New Mexico is the only known responsible source at this time. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one responsible source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. However, pursuant to FAR 5.101, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered by the Service Contracting Branch.
